Audit & Diagnosis
We carry out a full inventory over several days to meet the different members of the team, focusing on the functioning and performance of the team, on the context by analyzing the DNA, culture and background. of your company as well as on the coherence of the strategy with the progress on the objectives. We restore all of our diagnosis in the form of a detailed report and a presentation to interested parties.
Advice
The second step consists in developing a strategy and an action plan in co-construction with the managers. We study together the different lines of work such as shared vision, governance, motivation, communication, economic model and resources. We share methodologies proven by hundreds of companies to respond to each scenario and respect the context that is yours.
Support & development
We then intervene weekly or monthly depending on the action plan. Individual work sessions with leaders and regular team workshops are carried out to implement the change.
